Las  partes  fijaran  la  tasa  del  interes,  comision  y  todos  lademas -
  clausulas  que  establescan  las  relaciones  juridicas
entre  el  jirante  y  el  Banco.

Todo  Banco  està  obligado  à  tener  sus  cuentas  corrientes  al
dia  para  fijar  su  situacion  respecto  del  jirante.
