The Holy Virgin enthroned, holding the Divine In-
fant on her lap. On her right are St. John the Baptist
and St. Francis, on the left St. Nicholas and Ste. Lucy.
On the lower edge of the picture an iscription as fol¬
lows: OPUS DOMINICI DE VENETIIS. HO MATER
DEI MISERERE MEI DATUM EST. — On wood. Half
life size.
This splendid painting formerly belonged to the church
of Santa Lucia de’ Magnoli, Via de’ Bardi in Florence:
and was brought to the Gallery in 1862.
