Pondera debere justa non fraudu-
lenta eſſe.

Item, Conventum eſt ut ſupra: Quod
omnes mercatores & ſubditi dictorum
Principum, vero, publico, legali, & non
privato pondere, in terris, & patriis illis
ab antiquo uſitato & conſueto, ſine quo-
cunque dolo, fraude & machinatione,
aut duorum digitorum ad hujuſmodi
pondera fraudulenta appoſitione de cæte-
ro utantur. Et ſi aliqui mercatores & ſub-
diti dictorum Principum contrarium ſa-
cere præſumſerint; Princeps, cujus ſubdi-
tus hoc facere tentaverit ſubdito alterius
Principis, qui ſe per hujuſmodi pondus
damnificatum probaverit, expeditam ju-
ſtitiam faciet, & partem ſic damnifican-
tem ad plenam & perfectam reſtitutio. nem omnium damnorum, expenſarum
& intereſſe, ſine dilatione quacunque
compellet.
