DE COMMER. ET NAV. vel quovis alio Titulo recipere præſumat
in præjudicium vel detrimentum dam-
nificatorum, ſeu aliorum quorumcum-
que intereſſe habentium. Et quod Offi-
ciarii locorum, quoties caſus acciderit,
ſub pœna recuperandi ab eis bona & mer-
cimonia hujuſmodi capta, & adducta in
portum aliquem partium prædictarum,
pro damnis intereſſe ſtatim ipſam na-
vem, magiſtros & marinarios ejuſdem,
nec non bona & mercimonia quæcun-
que in eadem nave reperta, ſub tuto Ar-
reſto & ſalva cuſtodia ponant, ſervanda
ad utilitatem damnificatorum, & eorum
quorum intererit: Idemque locorum Of-
ficiarii procedent ad correctionem Pira-
tarum & delinquentium in navi reperto-
rum ſecundum caſuum exigentiam.

Cautio prœſtanda pro Navibus in
Mare exituris.

Item ad finem, ut Captiones Navium,
perſonarum & bonorum unius partis ſu-
per alteram de cætero ceſſent, conven-
tum, concordatum, & concluſum eſt,
quod quandocunque aliqua Navis, cu-
juſcunque Indigenæ, unius velalterius
partis partium prædictarum, exitura eſt
ab aliquo portu ſive diſtrictu Principum
