SPIRITAL. LIBER. agatur. Et ad N quidem ſit parvus clavus facile ſolubilis; ad X vero
platyſmation apponatur conjunctum cum X O, & ipſi X O adhæreat
axis S circa cnodaces ferreos mobilis in pegmate, quod deduci poſſit: axi vero S conjuncta ſint duo tympanula Y V, quorum Y quidem par-
vas ſcytalas habeat, platyſmation X O adjacentes, V vero platas habeat,
quemadmodum ea, quæ anemaria vocantur. Quando igitur à vento per-
cuſſæ feſtinant omnes, & tympanulum V convertunt, convertitur
etiam axis, quare & V tympanulum, & quæ in ipſo ſunt ſcytalæ ex in-
tervallo percutientes X O platy ſmation, attollunt K L, & abſcedente
ſcytala, embolus deorſum ſeretur, exprimetque aërem in modiolo con-
tentum in fiſtulas, & tibias, & ſonum edet. Licebit autem pegma
axem habens ſemper ad ſpirantem ventum convertere, ut violentior, & magis continuata converſio fiat.
