Ergo exceſſus prædicti conoideorum ſupra ſuos
conos erunt quantitates proportionaliter analogæ,
tam in magnitudine, quam in grauitate. Cum er-
go exceſſus conoidis parabolici E B F, ſupra ſuum
conum ſit dimidium talis coni, quia conoides eſt ſeſ-
quialterum coni. Ergo etiam exceſſus conoidis hy-
perbolici A B C, ſupra ſuum conum erit dimidium
coni inſcripti in conoide E B F. Quare cylindrus
Q C, quieſt ad conum inſcriptum in conoide para-
bolico, vt quadratum A D, ad tertiam partem qua-
drati E D, erit ad exceſſum conoidis A B C, ſupra
conum A B C, vt idem quadratum A D, ad ſextam
partem quadrati D E. Quod notetur.

Item, quoniam exceſſus prædicti ſunt magnitudi-
nes proportionaliter analogæ in grauitate. Ergo
