colligemus circa centrum grauitatis portionis annu-
li ex portione hyperbolæ A B N. Hæc enim omnia
patent ex dictis, & lector memor ſupradictorum fa-
cile percipiet. Nè ergo ipſi tædium afferamus ad
alia tranſeamus.

Parabola quadratica habet lineam quandam,
quæ appellatur parameter, ſeù latus rectum; cuius
natura eſt, vt quadrata ordinatim applicatarum, æ-
qualia ſint rectangulis contentis ſub hac, & ſub por-
tionibus axis abſciſſis verſus verticem ab ordinatim
applicatis. Hanc proprietatem habent quoque aliæ
inſinitæ parabolæ, ſed ſuo modo: adeovt in quali-
